Eversource New Hampshire does not publish an EV-specific rate. The closest tool for EV owners who want to cut charging costs is Rate R-OTOD-2, the residential time-of-day delivery rate, which is available to customers living in individual residences and apartments. On-peak hours run from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, excluding holidays; every other hour, including all weekend and holiday hours, is off-peak. Charging an EV overnight or on weekends falls entirely in the off-peak window, which is where the rate pays off. Customers who cannot shift usage away from the weekday afternoon peak may do better on the standard residential rate.

Eversource runs EV charger rebates and managed-charging incentives in Connecticut and Massachusetts, but those are separate operating companies with separate program filings. We do not carry those dollar amounts here, because they do not apply in New Hampshire. Eversource's New Hampshire pages list no residential charger rebate or managed-charging program. New Hampshire runs a restructured electricity market: Eversource delivers power over its wires, while energy supply is competitive and customers can take default service or a third-party supplier. That split matters for EV owners because the time-of-day price signal applies to Eversource delivery charges, and a customer's total off-peak cost also depends on the supply rate they carry.
